SERVICE BOOKINGS
Taildate accepts bookings on a first-come, first-serve basis. Service bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance of your first desired date. We understand that emergencies arise and last minute bookings will be taken into consideration based on availability and may be subject to an additional fee. Service contracts must be signed prior to first day of service. 

CANCELLATIONS:
Overnight cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to 50 percent of the total amount due. Walking/Visits/Transport cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate or rescheduled at the discretion of the Walker.
*If you return home early, charges for the rest of the dates scheduled will still apply. No credits will be applied unless it was discussed and approved prior to the scheduled dates.

RETURNING HOME:
Please text or call us at 919-867-4195 to notify us when you are returning home. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will continue to care for your pets until we have made contact with you. There will be a $10 charge for any additional, unscheduled visits in addition to the regular service rate. This also applies if we arrive at your home and find that you have returned.

SUPPLIES
Please leave ample cleaning supplies, extra paper towels and trash bags when going away.  Our supplies are limited and we prefer to use the cleaners and products that you and your pet are comfortable with.

PAYMENT:
Payment in full is requested prior to or on the first day of service via cash, check, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.

Please note we have done our best to ensure fair and comparable prices for the valuable and professional service we provide to you. Should you have any questions regarding our fees or policies, please feel free to discuss them with us.
